30-Day Limited Warranty
- Every product includes a 30-day Bilko limited warranty from the delivery date.
- It covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
- We repair, replace or refund the item, at our option.
- Some new and open-box HP units may also have remaining HP manufacturer warranty.
1. What is covered
Bilko Inc. warrants that each product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty is given only to the original purchaser.
2. What we will do
If a covered defect is reported during the warranty period, Bilko will, at its option, repair the product, replace it with an equivalent product, or refund the purchase price. This is your sole remedy under this warranty.
3. What is not covered
- Physical damage, drops, liquid spills, power surges or misuse.
- Damage from unauthorized repairs, modifications or overclocking.
- Software problems, viruses, operating system issues or data loss.
- Normal wear, cosmetic condition described in the product's condition grade, and consumables.
- Battery capacity loss from normal use, beyond any minimum stated on the product page.
4. Your data
Back up your data before sending a product for service. Bilko does not provide data recovery and is not responsible for loss of data, software or settings.
5. How to make a claim
Email support@bilko.com or call 904-607-0432 with your order number and a description of the problem. We will help troubleshoot and, if needed, issue an RMA number with shipping instructions.
6. HP manufacturer warranty
Some products may still have warranty from HP. Bilko is not an authorized HP partner, and any HP warranty is provided by HP under HP's own terms. Bilko does not guarantee HP warranty coverage unless it is stated on the product page.
7. Limitations
To the extent allowed by law, any implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the 30-day duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limit may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
