Product Condition Grades

Bilko sells three conditions. The condition is shown on every product page.
| Condition | What it means | Warranty |
|---|---|---|
| New | Brand new, factory-sealed and never used. Includes all original accessories. | 30-day Bilko warranty. Remaining HP warranty may also apply. |
| Open Box | The box has been opened, but the product is unused or barely used. Includes original accessories unless the product page says otherwise. | 30-day Bilko warranty. Remaining HP warranty may also apply. |
| Grade A | Like-new condition with little or no use, similar to Open Box. No noticeable scratches, dents or marks. Fully inspected, tested and graded by Bilko. Included accessories are listed on the product page. | 30-day Bilko warranty. |
How we test
Every unit is inspected and tested by Bilko before it ships. We check that it powers on, the screen, keyboard, ports, wireless, battery and storage work, and that the specifications match the product page.
Cosmetic condition
Cosmetic condition that matches the condition shown on the product page is not a defect and is not covered by the warranty. If your item does not match its described condition, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
