1. Payments and Pricing

We aim to provide clear and transparent pricing for all our technology products.

2. Shipping and Delivery

Bilko Inc. provides domestic and international shipping options.

  • Responsibility: While we package our hardware to the highest standards, risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Shipping Damage: If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and coordinate a replacement or refund for you.

3. Hardware Warranty

60-Day Limited Warranty

All hardware sold by Bilko Inc. includes a 60-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty begins on the date of delivery.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover issues caused by user modification or environmental factors, including:

  • Overclocking: Damage caused by overclocking CPUs or GPUs beyond factory settings.
  • Physical Damage: Drops, liquid spills, or unauthorized third-party repairs.
  • Software: We are not responsible for software issues, OS corruption, or virus infections.
Data Responsibility: Bilko Inc. does not provide data recovery or repair services. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from hardware failure. We strongly recommend that customers maintain regular backups of all important files.

4. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition: Hardware must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all opened or used electronics returns.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective upon arrival.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bilko Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, fire damage caused by hardware misuse (such as improper overclocking) or any illegal activities performed using our devices.
